OCEANSIDE, CA - 29,000 sq. ft. remodel of a 1960’s bank building into corporate office space. Services provided included space needs program verification, space planning, interior design, construction documents, permitting and contract administration for the multiple office consolidation.

A contemporary design accomplished on a modest budget.

Ambition: Consolidate five disparate department locations into a corporate facility that is functional, aesthetically appealing, economically constructed and providing a more efficient day to day operation through appropriate individual and departmental adjacency solutions.

Accomplishment: A friendly, functional environment for clients and employees alike. An efficient use of space was accomplished using a minimal planning grid and modular systems furniture where appropriate. Consolidating the multiple departments within one multistory building accommodated the projected growth for ten years while using less space than they had previously occupied.  Banners in ticket lobby reflect the transit logo and creates a colorful inviting space. A bold use of color was used throughout.
